God made plans for you before the world began.  Those plans are YOUR plans and they are great.  But in order to maximize the purpose and potential God placed IN you, you must surround yourself with greatness as well.

Foundational scriptures for the message:

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

(Proverbs 13:20 ERV)

Be friends with those who are wise, and you will become wise. Choose fools to be your friends, and you will have trouble.

If you don’t like where you are today you may have to:

1.  Change your surroundings
2.  Change your associates

Changing Your Surroundings:

– You can’t maximize a new season by remaining in the same old places.

– If you remain in your old environment it will be hard to get your old environment OUT of you.

– God will plant you in a new environment in order for you to experience new things.

Changing Your Associates:

– Your old friends will either influence you or you will influence them, but influence WILL take place.

– If you want to change, why remain with old influences?  Who is influencing who?

– God is trying to take you to another level but you cannot go because you won’t LET GO!

– God is trying to surround you with spiritual GIANTS, but they are not where you used to hang out!

– Step away and begin to surround yourself with greatness.

* Get inspired to change your environment!

* Get inspired change your associates!

* Get inspired to surround yourself with greatness… so you can be great in Christ Jesus!
