Stop Complaining & Give Thanks
This week is the week we celebrate THANKSGIVING. As I prayed over what to share, the Lord led me to teach on truly being thankful.
Scriptures the message is based on:
- Numbers 11:1
- Psalm 100
- Psalm 107:1,8,15, & 21
- 2 Corinthians 4:15
- 1 Thessalonians 5:18
- Colossians 3:15&17
- Ephesians 5:20
In this message I cover two reasons to be thankful:
- It honors God.
- It is commanded in scripture.
Here are a few highlights from the message:
— Angels Respond to the Word… not Complaining
— When you complain you are expressing discontent and not content.
— We should give God thanks for His unconditional LOVE towards us.
— The love of our parents, friends, siblings and even spouse may fail, but God’s love NEVER fails!
— When we are thankful we recognize God’s sovereignty!
— True thankfulness recognizes our total dependence on God!
— Your little may be a whole lot for someone else. You have a reason to be thankful.
* Get inspired to stop complaining!
* Get inspired to thankful for all God has done for you!
* Get inspired to live a life of Thanksgiving!
